Blue Ridge Metals established as a North Carolina Corporation with 2 employees on 98 acres in Fletcher, NC

35,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion completed.

2008

BRM acquired ISO/TS 16949 registration.

2005

ISO 14001 registration acquired. Fourth STC annealing furnace added.

2004

BRM achieves it's 20 year anniversary.

2002

BRM celebrates it's 10 year anniversary.

2003

The first manufacture of OEM parts begins at BRM. BRM donates 8 acres to town of Fletcher for use as part of their greenway.

Manufacturing facility expanded 7,000 sq. ft. and QS 9000 registration is received.

Long stroke cold former added.

1996

BRM receives ISO 9002 certification. Added large wire drawing machine capable of drawing up to 50 MM. Production of Oxygen sensor shells begins.

Our largest cold former added.

1998

Expanded facility by 27,000 sq. ft. and added extrusion presses and machining equipment to supply finished parts.

Start up of wire processing operations and C.H.Q. wire sales to automotive and bearing industries.

New wire peeler and thread rolling equipment added.

Completed construction of 66,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and office facility. Started cold forming operations in October
